Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Ace Marketing wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. We apply EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (WCAG 2.2 AA) to that end.

Compliance status

This website is partially conformant with EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (WCAG 2.2 AA). Every page is tested automatically on every change, in both the light and the dark theme and at both a desktop and a phone screen size; those tests currently report no violations at all. We still call this statement partially conformant, because an automated test cannot see everything: the clarity of the writing, a logical reading order and the quality of alternative texts need a human judgement that no external party has made yet. This statement was drawn up on August 31, 2026 and last reviewed on August 31, 2026.

Known shortcomings

We are not aware of any part of this site that fails the standard today. That is not the same as a guarantee that none exists, so we want to name two limits explicitly. First, this site has not yet been assessed by an external party, and it is exactly the criteria requiring human judgement that escape our automated tests. Second, we add part of the content ourselves through an editing system; if an image without alternative text or an unclear link slips in there, no test will notice. If you run into a barrier, report it to info@ace-marketing.be. We reply within 10 working days and fix what can be fixed.

Reporting a barrier

If you run into a page or a document you cannot use, let us know at info@ace-marketing.be. We reply within 10 working days, saying how and when we will fix it. If you need information that is not accessible in its current form, we will provide it in a usable alternative format.

If you get no answer

If no answer follows, or the answer is unsatisfactory, you can turn to the competent enforcement body. For public sector websites in Belgium that is the Federal Public Service Policy and Support; for commercial websites you can contact the Federal Public Service Economy.
