Who we are
Two co-founders from West Flanders, each with their own path, one team. From Roeselare and Ghent, we build websites, platforms and campaigns for healthcare, sport and industry.
2022
Started out as a student
Benjamin starts Ace during his studies at Howest, because he likes building websites. The first job is a site for AZ Delta, with Ellen Creus for the design, the photos and the content.
The name
An ace is right at once
The name comes from volleyball: an ace is a serve that scores a point at once. That is our measure for every project: right at once, with a direct impact on your business.
A new team
Samuel comes on board
Ace gets a new identity and Samuel Vanhaecke joins as co-founder. The focus shifts to software and platforms. Content and social media run through Studio Cre8.
Today
Building from the ground up
We know how software is built today, AI included, and take on large, sensitive projects from analysis to maintenance. Volley Analytics is our first product of our own.

Co-founder, software developer, web designer and marketer
Benjamin Robbe
Born and raised in Roeselare. Benjamin studied Software Development at Howest and then earned a graduate degree in Digital Marketing: a site that is technically sound and gets found, that is the combination he brings to every project.
For five years he worked at Cronos as a software developer, functional analyst and marketer, learning how large projects run from analysis to delivery. At Ace he translates what a client wants to achieve into what needs to be built, and measures afterwards whether it works.
On court he played libero for Knack Volley Roeselare, all the way to the Champions League. That is where Ace's top-sport mindset comes from.

Co-founder, full-stack developer and web designer
Samuel Vanhaecke
Samuel comes from Izegem and gained his experience as a developer at Flagstone. He works from database to screen: as a full-stack developer he builds Ace's platforms, and as a web designer he makes sure that what is technically strong also looks the part.
What clients notice most is his precision. Or as Rembert Beach puts it: worked out down to the smallest detail.

We make digital work that is right, for everyone who uses it.
Ace Marketing designs and builds websites, platforms and campaigns that look strong, run smoothly and are accessible to every user. And we automate what is still done by hand, so organisations spend less time on administration and keep more for their actual work.
Our vision
Achieving Creative Excellence.
We want to be the benchmark for digital craftsmanship: design that stands out, an experience that works for everyone and technology that lightens the work. No organisation should have to choose between beautiful, accessible and efficient.
Our heart is in sport: helping a federation go digital or putting a club on the map online is where we get the most energy.
Our values
Craftsmanship
Finished down to the details. We only stop when it is right.
Everyone included
Accessibility is a starting point, not an extra: WCAG 2.2 in every design.
Simplicity
Technology should take work away. We automate what we can and keep the rest clear.
Keeping our word
Down-to-earth and straightforward. We only promise what we can deliver.

We are growing, and looking for people who, like us, would rather show their work than talk about it. You don't need a CV full of titles. You do need the drive to build something that is right, and the mindset to finish it.
