All scheduled in Meta Business Suite. The club approves, we publish. Nobody has to wonder on Monday what goes out this week.
A new club has to be seen. For Rembert Beach we set up a content calendar: what gets posted when, on which channel and in which style, from the training sessions and tournaments to the results of the club's own teams. The volunteers have a plan to fall back on, instead of having to think up every week what to post. Every season we plan again.
