What we did, step by step
A new logo and a visual identity
Ace designed the club's new logo and its whole visual identity in Figma: the emblem with the ball, the hand and the net, the green and white, the typography, with a version for every team from the youth up to RTH 1.
That identity became the basis for everything that followed: the shirts, the banners at interviews with players and coaches, the social media templates and the website. One image, the same everywhere.
A one-metre neon logo in the cafeteria
The new logo in neon, one metre across, above the cafeteria bar: the club's brand story, in view of every supporter who comes for a drink after the match. Designed by Ace and hung together with the club.
Under it two counters, one for Instagram and one for Facebook, showing the follower counts live. At every match the crowd sees the channels grow, and is invited to follow along.
Six channels, and videos that went viral
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Flickr, each with its own role. On Instagram, TikTok and YouTube we bet on playful volleyball videos: short, recognisable clips about life in and around the hall. In some months they drew millions of views, and several reels and TikToks passed the million mark.
LinkedIn puts the sponsors and the club's achievements in the spotlight, with a thank-you to those who make the club possible. Instagram grew from 150 to 1,350 followers; TikTok gathered over 55,000 likes.

A post every day, planned in Meta Business Suite
A post or a video every day, planned in a content calendar per week and per team: team of the week, youth planning, match day, results, player of the month, vlogs, transfers and the coach's word. Every template and design was made in Figma, in the club's identity.
The posts were scheduled in Meta Business Suite, where the club's ads ran too.
Photo shoots with our own gear
Ace organised the club's photo shoots and brought the gear as sponsorship: a large white and a green backdrop, tripods, camera and lights. Team photos and individual portraits for every team, from the youth up to RTH 1, in the new shirts.
The pictures feed the website and the social channels all season long. Flickr was set up so parents and supporters can see and download every photo at full resolution.
Shirts, warm-ups and a signature
Ace designed the match shirts, the warm-ups and the training-camp shirts, in the new identity: white with green and green with white, every sponsor in its place, ready for the supplier.
The small print got the same hand: the digital signature under every mail the club sends, with the logo, the channels and the identity.
The most extensive club website in Belgium
Designed and built in Webflow, with a CMS the club keeps up itself. More extensive than the sites of league teams like Menen, Knack, Aalst and Maaseik: every team with its players, staff, calendar, ranking and news, a sponsors page, the organisation, the vision, the youth charter and a reporting point.
Linked with Instagram and Facebook. A Python script reads Volleyscores every thirty minutes and publishes every match and result under its team automatically. The news goes out to every subscriber by itself through Mailchimp. Cookiebot handles consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads run behind it.
Being found: Google, Wikipedia and AI
A Google Business profile with photos, opening hours and reviews, a Wikipedia page and a site search engines understand. Whoever searches for volleyball in West Flanders finds Rembert: in Google, in the other search engines and in the AI overviews.
In sixteen months Google brought 8,540 clicks and 152,000 impressions, with the club in first place for its own name. Ace put Rembert on the digital map.
